This new initiative has been developed in cooperation with the City of Chemnitz’s Department of Health and Prevention. The focus is on exercise, health and social participation. The sessions offer the chance to be active together, meet new people and experience the positive effects of exercise on the body and well-being.

The programme is open to anyone interested, regardless of age or previous experience. Participation is free of charge and no registration is required. The sessions will take place every Thursday until October, weather permitting.
