On Sunday, 25 May 2025, the "Offener Prozess" documentation centre in Chemnitz will ceremonially open its doors. The documentation centre will be a place of encounter, remembrance and learning that gives those affected by right-wing violence a voice, critically examines the history of the NSU and strengthens social cohesion.

It will serve as a central contact point to educate people about the crimes of the NSU complex and to keep the memories of the murder victims and those affected by the right-wing terror of the NSU alive.
