An apple tree for the town hall and five apple trees for the primary school and after-school care centre in the Langenberg district! Behind the town hall, in the direct neighbourhood of the Raiffeisen-Volksbank, an apple tree finds its new home and is welcomed together at 10:00 am.
The trees at the Callenberg primary school will be planted, cared for and celebrated from 10.30 a.m. with pupils, teachers and nursery staff.
At the final planting festival of Gelebte Nachbarschaft, hundreds of apple trees will be planted together in Chemnitz and the Capital of Culture Region from 19 to 26 October 2025.
