Queer upcycling workshop

Creative, political and visible: together with the Queer Network Chemnitz, the youth project "Upcycling Studio" is offering a workshop to upgrade items of clothing and design them with queer symbols and statements.

An upcycling workshop to transform old items of clothing into political statements. Unique, wearable messages are created together in a relaxed atmosphere.

Important: Items of clothing - whether jackets, jeans or bags - that are to be embellished must be brought individually. Materials and many creative queer designs are available on site that can be used.

No previous knowledge is required; there will be support on site to help you realise your ideas.
