Soup festival & vernissage Anastasia Khoroshilova: The dairy farmers / Stadeltransfer

Anastasia Khoroshilova photographed the Ziegs family from the Ore Mountains and the Huber couple from Upper Bavaria in their respective home environments. The works created in 2023 will be exhibited in an authentic Bavarian hay barn and thus a special architectural space on the Ziegs' property in the Erzgebirge. The barn, a testimony to the tradition of rural craftsmanship, was built and used by the carpenter Bernd Schmölz for the Hubers on their pastures. in 2023, the barn was dismantled into its individual parts by Jahnsdorf citizens and brought to the Erzgebirge, where a village cultural and social meeting place was created after its reconstruction: The "ERZscheune - Alle VereinT".

On 20 September 2025, the Bavarian barn in Jahnsdorf, which has been transformed into the "ERZscheune", is presented to the public for the first time as part of a large "soup festival". It will also serve as an art space for the first time, with Anastasia Khoroshilova showing 26 of her photographs taken in Bavaria and Saxony. The artist herself will be present at the vernissage, and Mr and Mrs Huber have confirmed their attendance.
