Threads of Unity is organising an open workshop for participants to make their garments. Sewing machines, materials and experienced mentors are at your disposal - whether you are a beginner or a pro.

Fancy sewing your own clothes, but don't have the right space, materials or support? Then the open sewing workshop is just the place for you! Every weekend in May, a sheltered space is provided for creative projects.

Sewing machines, fabrics, accessories and experienced mentors are available in the workshop to provide help and advice. You can bring your own sewing projects or gather inspiration on site. The focus is on exchanging ideas with others, learning new techniques and experiencing how an idea becomes a finished garment.
