We call on you to come together on 21 November 2025 for the Trans* Day of Remembrance. We are organising a commemoration of all murdered and deceased trans* people, followed by a panel discussion on the current circumstances and our future perspectives.

Commemorative rally at the Schlossteichinsel from 17:00.
With speeches we will shed light on current political events and give space to different trans* perspectives. Together we mourn and are angry about the conditions we have to live in.

Panel discussion from 18:30 at the NSU Documentation Centre
Queerophobia is currently gaining strength in society as a whole. This development is fuelled by a right-wing culture war. In its narratives, trans* people in particular are at the centre of attention. Trans* and gender diversity is a threat to a cisheteronormative and patriarchal society. The existence of trans* people is imagined as a threat and is repeatedly criminalised and attacked.
How should we assess current developments and what lies ahead? How can trans* people show solidarity and support?
