For many people, cheese is an indulgence that should not be missed at Christmas time. At the Rößler farm, three small mozzarellas are made from five litres of milk in a small copper pot and then seasoned with various herbs. During the two-hour cheese-making session, participants learn all kinds of exciting facts about this delicious dairy product. This is followed by a small cheese tasting with red wine before a tour of the wintry farm. Finally, the mozzarella is cut and served with fresh bread, tomatoes and a savoury sausage platter. Enjoy your meal!
