Due to a technical fault, the final inauguration of the light and sound installation Wetterleuchten by conceptual artist Via Lewandowsky on May 15th in Burgstädt has had to be postponed. A new date will be announced shortly.
The next dates at the PURPLE PATH are the 14-hour closing concert for the exhibition John Cage. Museumcircle of Erik Satie's Vexations in the depot of the Chemnitz Industrial Museum (3-5 pm) on 18 May, the inauguration of the sculpture pair Engel und Bergmann by Berlin artist Christina Doll in Hohndorf on 24 May and the inauguration of the sculpture Ornamente by Chemnitz artist Frank Maibier in Lichtenau on 25 May.
