European Young Art Link Chemnitz 2025

A project by young people from different nations for more peace

Photo: Peter Rossner

Young people from the region in and around Chemnitz came together to create the final banners needed to set a world record. They worked in public workshops, and you could even watch them. Over 300 banners, each seven metres long, had been created since 2011. They were exhibited in two sports halls and could also be seen temporarily at various locations in the city. Anyone who wanted to could also listen to the young people when they performed together with their choir in St James' Church.
