Walk and play your way through the history of music in Chemnitz

Chemnitz is full of music - just like its twin cities in Europe. KAMENICA MUSICA brings international musicians together and their jointly created works to the public. The city's Sorbian name is the inspiration for all the different origins of past and present Chemnitz residents. In Chemnitz City Park, the project created a hiking trail with stations where walkers can get to know local music history/stories easily and without prior knowledge - for reading and listening. Different players, styles and dances were included - every piece of the musical landscape puzzle has a place in this framework.
