Eastern State of Mind

Chemnitz is an Eastern European city in a Western European country. Yet "the East" is not just geography, it is also biography - and has shaped not only politics, culture and environment, but above all the self-perception of the people here. This results in a pragmatic power mentality - "Eastern State of Mind" focuses on this mentality and connects the stories of the people in the city, the region and in Europe.
