Wherever you look - makers everywhere! 1300 volunteers were involved in the volunteers programme alone. They were the ambassadors of the Capital of Culture, they helped the guests and also worked in the background. The year would not have been possible without the many people in the region who made this year their year. They added their two cents, did their bit, supported their favourite project and lent a hand where it was needed. Thank you!
