The Telling Art Festival highlights the diversity of European creativity. The digitized works of the winners of the BVR jugend creativ competition are presented at Werkbank32 and shown on a video wall to make art visible in urban space. Partner contributions and artworks from Estonia and other countries are digitally integrated. Live streaming reaches an international audience and turns the celebration into an intercultural meeting place.
