Microproject | Hours of Growth Vol VI. | Hip Hop Battle & Workshop

Hours of Growth is the hip-hop battle organised by Room – Hip Hop Spot. Dancers from different regions come together to compete for the title of winner of the day. So don’t miss out on a day packed with music, good vibes and loads of fun!

The event combines dance, music and live presentation to create a participatory experience for all generations. Local, regional and international dancers will compete against one another and showcase their skills in hip-hop dance. The focus is on connection, mutual respect and a creative engagement with urban culture.

The micro-projects are intended to provide impetus for new cultural formats or encounters in Chemnitz and the Capital of Culture Region. The broad urban and regional society is called upon to create forms of communication and social interaction. The funding programme has existed for several years and is part of the main programme of the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz 2025.
