The exhibition shows photos from public and private archives that illustrate the history of Vietnamese people in Chemnitz.

Vietnamese represent one of the largest migrant groups in Chemnitz. The ongoing migration movement from Vietnam to Chemnitz has a history of more than 60 years. This diverse history is illustrated using photos from private and public archives.

The exhibition is part of the TUCculture 2025 funded project "Unknown neighbours? Vietnamese diaspora in Chemnitz and the region" at the Chair of General Educational Science at TU Chemnitz.
