Add event to calendar
With the end of the Capital of Culture year, the function of the calendar on the Chemnitz 2025 website will change. There will no longer be an overview of all events organised by Chemnitz 2025 programme partners; instead, only selected events will be published.
Please fill out the following form so that your event appears in our calendar. Events submitted by email cannot be processed.
If there are any changes to events that have already been submitted, please contact webredaktion(at)chemnitz2025.de.
Events will be published after editorial review and processing. We reserve the right to make changes, in particular stylistic adjustments.

- Clear title: What type of event is it: exhibition, theatre play, etc.?
Brief description
- Approximately 250 characters
- Classification for non-specialist audiences
- No full description
- No detailed information
Description text
- Answers the questions: What is happening? What can be done?
- Outside perspective: also understandable for people who are hearing about the project for the first time
- As short as necessary but as specific as possible
- Do not use the ‘we’ form in the event text, no direct address (no ‘We invite you’)

Project assignment
- Enter your project name as it appears in the programme.
- As the organiser, enter your institution, not your name.
Accessibility
- Please do not forget to select the accessibility categories. This helps people with disabilities to know in advance whether they can attend your event.
