The event industry was the first to be affected by the Corona crisis economically – and will be one of the industries that will have to struggle with it for the longest. With Night of Light last night numerous companies wanted to draw attention to the dramatic situation – also in Chemnitz.
All companies from the event industry as well as event locations throughout Germany will therefore be illuminated with red light in the night from 22 to 23 June 2020 to draw attention to the dramatic situation in the event industry.
Chemnitz was also there. Organizers illuminated their locations and technical companies supported their partners and colleagues in their own actions during the Night of Light with lighting technology.
In Chemnitz, for example, the JAPO, Gigbus, C3 event centres, c-events, tec4you.eu and TD Media took part, as did the film nights, K40, the Luxor, upper deck and motor transport.
